This is my little fantasy blog brought out into the light. A place where I was known by a different name, as were my family. I called my husband ‘Dingad’ for one thing. That could be too close to ‘dingleberries’ for comfort, though…
I write primarily about family life, politics, religion and current events, though I do like product reviews and will veer off into a rant about most anything if the mood strikes.
I do not want this to be a carbon copy of pamibe, but different - whether I succeed or not is another story.
I took the title of this site from the word beannachd [beeannachk], the Gaelic word for blessing.

All posts are written by myself; to date there have been no guest bloggers, but it’s always a potential possibility.

I leave my archives up because though some of my writing has been somewhat less than stellar, this is my history; it is a record of who I have been and what I have thought… and who I am struggling to become.
You are welcome to disagree with me. Heck, I could be wrong about something and not know it.
