TTW: Purity Made Simple

This is a short and sweet TTW!
Philosophy’s Purity Made Simple is the best facial cleanser I’ve ever used. I only thought of this today because I found myself missing it - current cleanser on tap is Principal Secret’s Reclaim and though it cleans… I don’t like it near as much as the Philosophy.

Non-drying yet not a creamy lotion that feels like it will never wash off, it just works. Washes away make up and the day’s dirt with little effort and leaves the facial surface ready for whatever comes.

Philosophy explains it better than I can. This is what they have to say about their product:

purity made simple is a liquid crystal cleansing emulsion that removes makeup, dirt, oil and debris in one step. purity made simple was created because it was our feeling that most cleansers were not getting the skin clean enough. furthermore, we do not believe you need a makeup remover and a toner to complete the cleansing process. purity made simple was formulated to emulsify and dissolve dirt, imbedded debris, and makeup rather than creating a lot of foam without a lot of clean.

Perfect. I need to order some more, because this reclaim stuff is driving me crazy. It’s the little things, right?

What? You don’t use soap? Like the stuff you bathe with? Oh man… I am sooo missing out on the good stuff. ;)

It’s funny, but I haven’t used soap to wash my face since the late 70’s. Yep, I’m old.

Richmond gave me some to try and I LOVE it. Cleans good, but is not stringent in anyway.

HOWEVER….as a woman who is sorta kinda middle aged, I have….”special needs” so I gave mine to Carmen. But I do love their sugar scrub. Holy Cow! That stuff is inCREDible…..

I actually thought the Principal Secret Reclaim would be good for my old skin, but I just don’t care for the lotion feel of it… I can’t wait to get my next bottle of PMS!

Oh… nice acronym.

This isn’t the first time I’ve heard what a great product this purity is, so it must be. It’s a little costly for me though. Hehe. :)

Vera, a very little goes a long way with me; I can make an 8 oz bottle last for six months or more! :)

I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My MIL got me some of their body soap and I loved it so much I tried the PMS.

My skin has never felt so clean nor has it ever been so soft and smooth before in my life. I was using the Clinique 3 step system but I exchanged step 1 for the PMS.

I even got DH to start using it and he agrees and he has bad facial skin.
