Potpourri

Tammi told me how very, very good Tropicana OJ with calcium is, so I bought some yesterday and lemme tell you, it goes down smooth with my morning oatmeal!
Breagha shadesI’m so proud of Bree; while walking this morning we encountered two disabled people waiting for a shuttle. They’ve seen her before and began yelling ‘collie’ as we approached. [they may be impaired mentally as well as physically]
Well, she was so sweet with them, greeting each like a long lost friend, staying down and being calm. But her tail was swinging back and forth like a fan. I think dogs can really read our emotions if not our thoughts, and she knew they had nothing but love for her.

Hurt my back about a week ago on the upper right side. I have no idea how I did it, but it can hurt like hell at times. By the time I got home from Publix yesterday I could hardly breathe it was so bad. Obviously muscular, since lying down on a heating pad helps immensely… it’s one of those injuries I can’t help straining again and again because… well, I can’t stop living. Damn. Anyone have a handful of muscle relaxers?

I don’t like to bitch [Have you heard about any of my other pains? OK, then.] because I know many people who live with hideous, chronic pain. This is nothing, a trifle.

Sound I love: Tinkle of ice cubes floating in a glass of water.
Sound I hate: Crash!

I knew you’d like that OJ. And it’s better, for calcium absorbtion, than milk. I’m gald you tried it…

Now…take care of that back. Ya hear?!?!

It’s really good! I usually like pulp in my OJ, but I didn’t notice the absence, to tell you the truth… and best of all I got no acid reflux AT ALL! Can’t beat that with a stick!

What a cute picture! The dogs are quite amazing, for sure. :) I have neck pain.. still, always.. bleh. Heat helps it too. :give:

Neck AND back pain? Dang, I hate to hear that… or is the back pain tied to the neck?

Pain sucks… it just makes me stop thinking.

Actually if you want to be even MORE sure about no reflux buy the Low Acid version. VERY yummy (a bit sweeter than the calcium) and it’s all I can drink (oj wise) when I’m really stressed.

We’ve got it all covered…. LOL :woot:

But does the Calcium come in a low acid version? Nope, I don’t see it on the site… oh, well. This doesn’t bother me at all, and that’s amazing!
